Goal

  1. Budget Processor updates PS_KK_SOURCE_HDR.KK_PROCESS_STATUS to an I status during the execution.
  2. If in case the process fails or gets killed after the update, the users will not be able to re-process the document since PS_KK_SOURCE_HDR.KK_PROCESS_STATUS remains a "I" (it will not be picked up again for budget checking).
