Symptoms

When attempting to upload vouchers using ExcelUploadforVoucher, user gets error message when trying to ping node PSFT_AP_VCHR_XML

ERROR
 HttpTargetConnector:PSHttpFactory init or setCertificate fails (158,99999)

STEPS
1. Navigate to Peopletools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Nodes
2. Open node PSFT_AP_VCHR_XML
3. Go to connectors and ping node
