COBRA Process Does Not Generate Dependents Non-Employee IDs (Doc ID 1116904.1)

Symptoms

The COBRA COBOL process was run, including the Overage Dependents process.  Overage dependents were dropped from employees's€™ health coverages appropriately.  Overage dependent COBRA Events were created and were qualified.  However, no COBRA POI Non Employee ID records were created for the dependents or rows updated in the CBR_NONEE_TRIGR table, where the records have to be to have non-employee IDs created for them.

STEPS
---------------------------
1. Navigate to Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits > Manage Automated Participation > Qualify Event/Proc Enrollment.
2. Press the Run button.
3. Select the COBRA Admin & Non Employee  CBRADMIN process checkbox.
4. Press the OK button.
5. Click the Process Monitor link to watch the process until it reaches Success/Posted.
6. Check the CBR_NONEE_TRIGR table for records.
