Request that the DTP*348 segment, that shows the Benefit Begin date, be added to the HIPAA 834 output files in the 2300 - Health Coverage loop where there is a DTP*349 coverage termination segment? This DTP*348 date segment is needed when a coverage termination, for formerly covered employees or dependents, is processed.
