E-FLO: ReadRowset() API Function Skips Rows if the Row Begin and End Tag are in One Line in XML File (Doc ID 1141936.1)

Symptoms

On PeopleTools 8.49.23, an Application Engine program using File Layout to read an XML input file where each row has its begin and end tagin the same line, loads part of the file, but skips the even rows.

Replication Steps:

1. Create in Application Designer a new XML File Layout to represent a structure like in the below sample.
2. Generate the Application Engine program from the file layout to read the below sample XML file.
3. Run the Application Engine program to load the file.
4. Inspect the loaded data and compare with the source file data.
