EAM: Basic Add Error - Role Financial Asset Manager Has No Members (52,7)

Symptoms
Navigate to Basic Add page and hit save, the following error is returned:
Role Financial Asset Manager has no members. (52,7)
Error when attempting to trigger Business Process / Event: AM_ROUTE_TO_FINANCE / AM_RTF_ADD_BASIC (67,2)
Business impact:
========
Because of this, a new asset cannot be added and an existing asset cannot be modified.
However, an asset can be interfaced, or added thru Express Add. Also a non financial asset (with no category) can be added and saved in basic add.
Steps to replicate:
1. Go to AM, asset transactions, owned assets, basic add.
2. Pull up an existing asset or enter a new one.
3. Hit save.
