E-AWE: Adding Additional Fields to Existing Generic Templates Used with Approval Framework Templates, Results in Variable '%10' , '%11' And higher Resolve To %1 URL (Doc ID 1207703.1)

Symptoms


For Approval Framework (AWE) Notifications, when the Generic Template has been configured using variable higher than  results in repeating of the %1 variable value: the variable value of  %1 is repeated for variable values , , etc., instead of using the values of the correspondent set fields as it should be.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. In PIA, PeopleTools, Workflow, Generic Template, open Expense Report Send Back.
2. Add Reject Amount: $  to email content.
3. Add 11 Variable pointing to TOTAL_NONREIMB_AMT
4. Reject an Expense Report, using Send Back functionality.
5. Observe resulting email.
