Why are new enrollments not showing on the Ben100a tables until the payroll deduction start date?
Navigation: Benefits > Interface with Providers > Refresh Benefit Snapshot > create new (fresh) run control ID, select snapshot run date.
Determine how the snapshot run 'As of Date' date compares to the deduction begin date. The deduction begin date is the driver for Ben100a data.
