The site upgraded to tools 8.51.03 from 8.49.09. Integration with external vendor has stopped working. The node set up for this integration (Z_SCHOOL_SPECIALTY) is not pingable. When attempting to ping the node, the following error is received. This error did not occur prior to the tools upgrade.
Cannot establish HTTP connection (158,2842).
Also, check PIA_stdout.log (or log file "NTservice-<domain_name>-PIA.log" if using Windows) for error similar to the following.
The ping node error can be replicated when pinging node from PeopleTools -> Integration Broker -> Integration Setup - Nodes.
The external integration page is per below.
PeopleSoft -> eProcurement -> Create Requisition-> Web, "School Specialty Online" (this is a third party vendor the site had integrated with); instead of going to the site (as it did previously, before upgraded to tools 8.51.03), now it gives an error.
The issue is affecting integration with the third party vendor when attempting to procure items.
