E-IB: Loading Gateway Connectors Error with:" java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect" (Doc ID 1271971.1)

Symptoms

The site just upgraded from Tools 8.50.10 to 8.50.14 . And are now getting the below error when trying to load the gateway connectors:
<java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect>

The site did not get this error whilst on tools 8.50.10. The site is using all defaults for webserver and  IB configurations post upgrade.
