Symptoms
PERS_POI_SYNC from HCM integrated with ELM , creates blank rows in the PS_LM_STG_PER_POI table in ELM.
Steps to Replicate Issue:
1) Setup and configure PERS_POI_SYNC Service Operation integrating HCM instance with ELM instance.
2) In HCM instance, add a new Person of Interest and Save
3) In HCM instance, PERSON_POI_SYNC message is published successfully with a Done Status.
4) In ELM instance, PERSON_POI_SYNC message is subscribed with a Done Status.
5) In ELM instance, Query the PS_LM_STG_PER_POI table and notice invalid blank rows exist.
Business Impact:
Person data for Persons of Interest (POI) from HRMS not longer synchronized with Learner Data in ELM.
