Error 'ORA-00936: missing expression' Occurs After Running Batch Budget Process Formula (FAPBDGTF) or Clicking Build Budget Button on Create Student Budget Page (Doc ID 1292735.1)

Symptoms

When running the Process Formula step of Batch Budget Assignment (FAPBDGTF), or when clicking the 'Build Budget' button on the Create Student Budget page, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Budgets > Assign Budgets > Process Formula > Batch Budget Assignment - Process Formulas, and run the process.
  2. Click link to Process Monitor and wait for the process to complete.
  3. Once completed, click the Details link for the process, then click the link that says "View Log/Trace', then click into the FAPBDGTF.log file in the file list and note the error message.
