Symptoms
You are experiencing intermittent failures with Inventory Fulfillment Application Engine processes when the following PeopleCode is called: SCM_IN_FULFILL_COMMON.LockSQL:
SQL.Execute: SQL object is not open, or is a open on a select. (2,295) SCM_IN_FULFILL_COMMON.LockSQL.OnExecute Name:Execute
The failed Process Instance can be restarted and runs to completion.
