Approval Framework (AWE) Pushback and Final Denial Event functionality produces error with JobOpening transactions.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Recruiting> Pending Approvals> select a Job Opening
2. On the Approvals page, click on the Pushback or Deny button
3. Error occurs
