Purpose

Using the Eligibility Snapshot functionality in BenAdmin.

If an organization is about to implement or upgrade Ben Admin, a starting picture of the employees' current eligibility will be needed as of the Go-Live date. This baseline of information for any individual employee can take the form of an Open Enrollment row, a Snapshot row, or the employee’s hire row, if they come into the organization after the Go-Live. If the Go-Live for Benefits Administration is planned for Event Maintenance, and not Open Enrollment, the Snapshot process will give a starting picture for all employees in the organization.  This document describes this in detail.
