Provide Peoplesoft Time and Labor Customers with instructions to identify and correct outstanding exceptions in the PS_TL_EXCEPTION table with an EXCEPTION_STATUS = 'U' (unresolved). This document is referred to in Health Check (10688) : ‘Unresolved exceptions should be allowed or resolved in the PS_TL_EXCEPTION table’.
Performance issues in various processes across the application and processing errors during retroactive processing of time will occur if outstanding exceptions are not resolved in the PS_TL_EXCEPTION table.
This has often led to Time Administration also generating offsetting payable time rows that were not expected and can later cause array overflow or possible over or under payment errors if these offsets do get loaded to paysheets.
