Symptoms
You are unable to access the PIA signon page.
On Internet Explorer (IE), one of the following messages is displayed (message varies depending on IE version)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE PROBLEM
-----------------------------------------------------
1. Start WebLogic PIA
2. From browser, enter url needed to access PIA. Example:
http://servername/ps/signon.html
3. The signon page is never displayed. Instead, one of the above errors is displayed
