Cannot Delete Screening Questions From Draft Job Opening.

Symptoms
It is not possible to delete screening questions from a draft Job Opening.
A Job Opening is created and on the screening page, delete one of the default questions that are populated. Select 'save as draft'. When opening the Job Opening again, the deleted question is still displayed in the job opening. The questions are deleted for good when the job opening is saved and opened.
STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a new job opening which is using a job opening template with default questions
2. Update the job opening and delete one of the questions
3. Save as draft.
4. Find the job opening, and view the online questions. The deleted question has returned.
