Symptoms

The following lists describe the indexes recommended for each Cross Reference (XREF) Table and the Target associated with it.   Find the Product, and AWE Process ID, and create the Indexes.

The following example is for the 9.1 Applications, which use Approval Framework (AWE) fields prefaced with 'EOAW'. For the 9.0 Applications, these same AWE fields are prefaced with 'PTAF'.

Each Application released their distinct cross reference tables with one index for the primary AWE keys by default. The default index created for the AWE keys is on these fields:

(EOAWTHREAD_ID, EOAWPRCS_ID)

Besides this basic index, additional indexes are generally needed for specific application transactions as well.
