Goal
RESOURCE_ID and RESOURCE_ID_FROM are not getting retained when PC_INTFEDIT processes transactions from INTFC_PROJ_RES to PROJ_RESOURCE.
1. Load transactions into PS_INTFC_PROJ_RES with SYSTEM_SOURCE of 'BPC'.
2. Run the process Project Costing > Third Party Integration > Load Transactions
3. Observe that the RESOURCE_ID and RESOURCE_ID_FROM are different than what what populated in INTFC_PROJ_RES earlier. The RESOURCE_ID and RESOURCE_ID_FROM are created based of the Last Resource ID in the installation options.
