Symptoms
In FSCM Supplier Contract Management, on main menu-->setup Financials/supply chain--> Install--> Installation options (supplier contract Management) . receive the following message when pressing the 'Verify Server Setup' button:
Connect to application server (//NWN401AV058:7200): SUCCESSFUL
Test to render document in .doc format: FAILED (External function 'CSLibraryVersion' not available. (2,126) CS_DOC_ACTION.RequestHandler.OnExecute Name:OnRequest PCPC:1055 Statement:55)
Document may have failed to render because Microsoft Word may not have been installed.
