Symptoms
In Release 9.0 while adding a new budget plan after deleting the earlier one system throws an
error message that highlighted fields are required even though nothing is highlighted.
Error: Highlighted fields are required. (15,30)
Steps:
--------
> Navigate to Project Costing > Budgeting > Budget Plan
> Add a new value.
> Select Budget Type as 'Cost' and change the number of periods to 1 and save it.
> Change the Budget Plan to inactive.
> Delete the Budget Plan.
> Re-add the Budget Plan.
