On : 9 version, Business Units
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PC_RPO process is taking 4 hours to complete processing a subset of transactions
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PC_RPO process is needs to complete in a reasonable time frame
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure Report Summarization Options
2. Run Project Costing, Reports, Summary, Reporting Options, Reporting Options
When the process is run for Monthly, the process takes more time to process. When the Process is run for an year worth of data, the following error is received
