E-PRCS: "Email With Log" Not Sending The .LOG File

Symptoms
For an SQR process, such as XRFWIN, when running it to Email/PDF and selecting the"Email with Log" option under "Distribution" link, only the .out and .PDF files are sent by email.The customer expects that the log file should also be attached in the email attachment.
Same behavior applies to processes within a scheduled jobset.

Email With Log
Select to include log files resulting from the SQR program as attachments to the email file (SQR only).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into PIA.
2. Navigate to PeopleTools - Process Scheduler - System Process requests.
3. Enter a new run control id or select an existing one.
4. Select XRFWIN SQR Process to run it to output of email/PDF.
5. Click on "Distribution" link and select "Email with Log" option.
6. Run the process.
7. Only .out and .PDF files will be sent by email.
