Goal
What are the component interfaces the user needs access to in order to Generate an award?
When trying to generate an award, The messages like the below are getting generated for one of the user.
1. "Unable to find the project component interface (9395,621). The component interface could be missing from the database or security might not have been authorized for the operator group"
or
2. First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member
or
3. First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member BUSINESS_UNIT. (180,236) PC_PROJECT.ProjectManager.OnExecute Name:AddManager PCPC:23579 Statement:307
