Goal

Customers often present support with issues that can only be replicated on specific machines.  This is usually diagnosed by testing the same user on a known working machine and vice versa.  Sometimes it is apparent because only a small subset of users are affected by a particular problem while the rest of the users remain unaffected.  

If the issue is not browser or browser version specific, then it is generally considered out of scope for the PeopleTools Support team.  While this means that support will close out the case as a 3rd Party/Customer environmental issue, we do have quite a bit of experience in diagnosing these issues.  This list is intended to help customers guide themselves through the process.  For recommended additions or specific settings to be noted as addendum, please comment on this KM document.
