System gives Java Exception while running Load Resume Application Engine process online
Java Exception: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/peoplesoft/hrms/hrs/base64Utils: finding class com.peoplesoft.hrms.hrs.base64Utils (2,725)
When user navigate to Recruiting, Administration, Load Resume and upload resume to process via Load Resume Process system display java exception. Vendor component is setup and configured, everything else works fine. All other processes goes to success.
