Symptoms
When implementing Record Level Auditing or Field Level Auditing, some specific records do not record anything in the audit record.
One example is the record JPM_JP_ITEMS, which is used by various pages, e.g. Main Menu->Workforce Development->Profile Management->Profile->Person Profile.
