Goal

Customers are upgrading from HCM 8.8 to HCM 9.1. When running the Retro Pay Calculation in 9.1, they are experiencing various issues such as a Unique Constraint Errors on PS_PRIOR_RETRO or retro calculated on earnings which are not on any of the 9.1 pay checks.
