View Printable Version link from Purchase Order (PO), will not Open a New Window and Display the Purchase Order

Symptoms
When Workflow(AWE) is enabled, but not XML Publisher for Purchasing, the View Printable Version link on the Purchase Order is not opening a new window using the REN Server and displaying the Purchase Order (PO), but the PDF file is generated on the Application Server.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open an existing PO
2. Click on View Printable Version
