Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Qn1:
In the Information Mapping section (Appendix A) of the Student Administration Integration Pack (SAIP) Technical Primary Note (dated Nov 2011), there are many references to "based on vocabulary" and "see vocabulary spreadsheet". The Error Code information also references a number of errors related to these vocabularies. Where are they listed? Is there a separate "vocabulary spreadsheet", and if so, where can we get a copy?

Qn2:
What setup is needed on the Target Set Up page if Batch file generation to a Directory Path is being used?

Qn3:
Is there a fix for the 'Highlighted fields are required. (15,30)' error occurring on the Integration Dating page when saving the Integration Date Offsets?

Qn4:
Why is the Bulk Snapshot empty when the Class Integration Report says there's a lot of data in scope?

Qn5:
In the SAIP PeopleBook (updated Jan 2012), under Setting Up SAIP > Setting the Recurrence Frequency, it is not clear whether the Recurrence Definition shown in the screen shot is for an existing Recurrence Definition or one we are supposed to create. If it's supposed to already exist, what step in the Installation document is supposed to have created it?

Qn6:
Do we need to create (Add New) for the Event Register and JobSet Definition, or should they already exist in some form?

Qn7:
How do the SAIP processes get connected to the recurrence definitions? Is it required that the same recurrence name be given for the recurrence definition as the screenshot in SAIP PeopleBook?

Qn8:
Which processes are required to be scheduled and are there any recommendations for specific intervals for each one?

Qn9:
When does the Scoping and Association page (Curriculum Management - Schedule of Classes - SA Integration Pack - Scoping and Association) will or won't have data?
