Symptoms
When file output is sent to EMAIL the log and trace files remain in the Process Scheduler log_output directory and not posted onto the Report Repository. Report Output is sent via Email not Web. But expect to see the log and trace files posted on Process Monitor. Same condition occurs when Cobols are run on Process Monitor.

Possible Errors Associated With This Condition : File list for process instance nnnnnnnn is empty. (63,103)
