EPY: PYDDUSA and PYCHKUSA is Not Consistently Generating XMLP PDF Output (Doc ID 1452294.1)

When running HCM 9.1 is running PYDDUSA & PYCHKUSA process concurrently or Multi threading and getting this error in the log file, it is intermittent issue not happening all the time.
PYDDUSA and PYCHKUSA is currently not consistent in generating the XMLP PDF outputs.  There are instances when the 3 processes that make up these jobs run to success,
but the *.PDF Document that is created by the XMLP step (the 3rd process in the job) is not created.  There are three process servers for load balancing and this process is run 40 plus times but fails only few times.
