E-AWE: Generic Templates Used With AWE Event Notification Has No Flexibility for Content-type In PeopleSoft 9.1.

Approval Framework (AWE) Application Release PS 9.1 and 9.2
Noticing that the Notify method, within the EOAW_CORE.NotificationManager App Package, has the following code commented out:
/* This property should be on each template to avoid sending all with one content-type */
/* &Notification.ContentType = "Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8";*/
The above line of code is required in order to use Generic Templates with HTML references, and the fact that it is commented out prevents their use.
Expect to be able to send Content-type: text/html for AWE email generated via Generic Templates but all email generated from Approval Framework (AWE) via Generic Templates is produced as text/plain Content type by default.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit any 9.1 AWE Transaction that sends Generic Template email.
2. Note that received email is in plain text.
