This document will instruct PeopleSoft administrators regarding what role the Oracle | PeopleSoft Software Support Center plays in diagnosing, configuring, and implementing Load Balancers. This document discusses when it is appropriate to contact Oracle Software Support (OSS) when setting up a new Load Balancer environment or encountering problems in existing production environments. It also includes what is expected when logging a Service Request with OSS via My Oracle Support.
