Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Enrollment Web Services like SSR_ENROLLMENT and SCC_SHOPPING_CART are not validating the EMPLID provided in the request message.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'You are not registered for classes in this term' or 'Invalid value - Check and try again' error is seen in the response even when the student is enrolled in classes for the term or the ter is valid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expect the web service to use the EMPLID provided in the request.

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Use SendMaster or SOAP UI tool to test the SSR_ENROLLMENT or SCC_SHOPPING_CART service
2. Use any value for the EMPLID in the request other than the EMPLID of the user being authenticated
3. Notice the response message shows 'You are not registered for classes in this term'.
4. Also notice that you can use any value for the EMPLID irrespective of whether it is valid or not.
