Cross Product Workflow Notification Generic Templates are missing translations when logging in with any language other than english in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 environment. 

 

Replication Steps:

 1. Log into PeopleSoft Internet Architecture selecting any language other than English

 2. Navigate to PTools > Workflow > Notifications > Generic Template

 3. All expected templates are not available
