Performance issue with the XMLP Transcripts (Doc ID 1508914.1)

Symptoms

The XML Publisher transcripts times out when the Process Request button is clicked on the Transcript Report Request component. Report request times out for students who have enrollment data, but works for freshmen with fewer courses, but it takes some time to process.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment - Transcripts - Request Transcript Report.
  2. Click on the Process Request button
  3. Notice the request times out and never completes.
