ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
SendMail() Function keeps attachment files locked after completion. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Files which are attached to mails should be unlocked as soon as the mail is sent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Sendmail() function as part of AE program which will trigger the E-Mails.
2. After the AE program finishes, try to moving the attached files to different folders, it throws a error that file is being used by another process. Lock will be released only when the process scheduler is bounced.
