POXMLP Print not Showing Symbol Characters Correctly on Purchase Order (Doc ID 1513663.1)

Symptoms

When printing Purchase Orders with POXMLP, the ampersand symbol (&) is printing as '&amp', and the double-quote or inches symbol (") is printing as '&quot'.

 

Replication Steps:

1.  Enter in a PO with comments that have the special characters.  
2.  Dispatch the PO, look at the output and you will see it printed incorrectly.
