Symptoms
When attempting to apply FSCM 9.1 MP 11 Delta: Task 1-1 People Soft Product : General Ledger - the following error occurs.
Error:
Return 1408 - ORA-01408: such column list already indexed for the following tables:

PS_BP_APV_S_TAO
PS_BP_ARM_S_TAO
PS_BP_ARR_S_TAO
PS_BP_BI_S_TAO
PS_BP_CM_S_TAO
PS_BP_GEN_S_TAO

PS_BP_POC_S_TAO
PS_BP_TA_S_TAO
Steps:
1. Unzip upd887959.zip and find BP_TAO_TBLS.zip under upd887959\upd887959_install
2 Apply BP_TAO_TBLS project
