E-ExcelToCI: Getting "Compile error: User-defined type not defined" on DOMDocument Reference Using ExcelToCI On Windows 8, Windows 10, and 2012 Server (Doc ID 1524363.1)

Goal

When using ExcelToCI on Windows 10, trying to load template or stage and submit data, it gave a 'Compile error' that reference to Visual Basic code reference to DOMDocument object. 

Users usually get a "Compile error: User-defined type not defined" error

Is it possible to get ExcelToCI working on Windows 8, 10, and Server 2012 using Excel (2010, 2012, and 2013)?
