Request Allowable FSA Pledge Changes Configuration Be Enforced in Self Service Benefits Enrollment

When the Event Rule is configured to restrict the types of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) pledge changes that can be made to increase or decrease when this Event occurs, employees are still allowed to make the other type of change to their FSA pledge in Self Service Benefits Enrollment.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Configure Event Rule to allow increases in FSA pledge only (Navigation: Set Up HRMS > Product Related > Automated Benefits > Eligibility and Event Rules > Event Rules Table).
2. Process an Event through Benefits Administration to Prepared status (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
3. Log into the database as the employee.
4. Decrease the current FSA pledge on the Self Service enrollment page (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment).
