Symptoms
When attempting to run a PS Query on Accomplishment table, the following error occurs.

Database Driver Error. (30,11)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a License for Content Type Licenses and Certificate on Set Up HRMS> Product Related> Profile Management> Content Catalog> Content Items
2. Check renewal required
3. Enter Renewal Length with a three digit number.
4. On Reporting Tools> Query> Query Manager, create a new query on ACCOMP_TBL record
5. Select YEARS_OF_EDUCATN field and run the query
