Purpose

This note was created to facilitate troubleshooting COBRA Administration failure issues or error messages. It was created to help consolidate errors that occur in the COBRA Administration program and expand the information from the high level note <Document 1453729.1> - COBRA Administration processing guide.

This note includes errors experienced when the COBRA Administration process fails to process. In such scenarios, the process will reflect in Error and/or the COBOL log file will reflect error messages.  For help in finding your error refer to <Document 1092955.1> How to Acquire a COBOL SQL Trace or <Document 1094728.1> How to acquire an Application Engine trace.

This note provides the common errors experienced, the cause, the actions required to resolve, and additional reference material to help explain such issues.
