Goal

During upgrade task 5-4 (Reviewing PeopleTools Functionality), it's recommended to run RESETPSWD.DMS to take advantage of the new password security enhancement. When ran this step , the ENCRYPT_PASSWORD * step fails with:

Error: Process aborted. Possibly due to JVM is not available or missing java class or empty password.
