Goal

Currently after PeopleSoft installation, SYSADM is given below access

SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE
EXECUTE_CATALOG_ROLE
RESOURCE

The SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE has access to these database views: DBA_ROLES, DBA_SYS_PRIVS, DBA_ROLE_PRIVS, DBA_TAB_PRIVS, DBA_USERS.

Is it advisable to revoke these access rights?
