Symptoms
Sample Environment:

PeopleTools 8.53.02 ( upgraded from 8.51.11)
COBOL Compiler is SE 5.1 WP4 64 bit on LINUX
Issue:
-------
The site has upgraded this environment from PeopleTools 8.51.x to 8.53.x . Remote called processes are failing and Remote Call Test fails as well.
Scenario 1) Remote Call Error Trace, from Remote Call Test button. Navigation: Peopletools->utilities->debug->Peopletools Test Utilities. Press the Remote Call Test button

Scenario 2) Another scenario/error message "PTPNETRT - NETRT NOT FOUND". The following is seen from a remote called application cobol program. e.g SRPCGGRC process.
