Symptoms
On : 9.2 version
Error message received when clicking on "Preview the form" after completing the 6 steps of designing the form.
Steps to replicate:
1.Main Menu->Enterprise Components->Forms->Design a form
2. Add a new value for new form
3. Complete all six steps to design the form
4. Save the form
5. Now click on "Preview the form" link
Below error message is recieved :
