System Allows Decimal Value in Quantity Field when EA UOM is Used for Ad-hoc Item (Doc ID 1563680.1)

Symptoms

When ordering an item that is by description - (ad-hoc) and using the UOM = EA.  The request (Requisition) or purchase (Purchase Order) can have a quantity of a decimal value. Example, can order 5.6 Laptops.

When ordering an Item ID that has a UOM = EA and you enter a quantity of 5.6, when the page is refreshed the quantity is rounded.  In this case, rounded up to 6.0.
